The Stauff Mini Water Vac purifies hydraulic system oil, eliminating water, gas, and particulate matter. It dehydrates and cleans most types of oils, such as lubricating, hydraulic, transformer, and switch oils, while neither removing nor altering oil additives.

The water removal process is based on pure vacuum evaporation inside a vacuum chamber at a maximum temperature of 149 degrees F. Solid particles are removed via a microfilter. The oil temperature can be set using the integrated heater thermostat. The fully automatic dehydration and filtering process is controlled via the PLC.

Adjustable levers

J.W. Winco Inc. offers GN 300.5 tapped-type, all-stainless-steel, adjustable levers with stainless steel components in inch and metric sizes.

The RoHS-compliant hand levers are suitable for applications in which parts have to be clamped in a confined space or in a particular lever position. The handle is stainless steel with sand-blasted satin finish. The insert, screw, and spring also are stainless steel.

The levers are offered in Type IS (screw with internal hexagon) and Type AS (screw with external hexagon).

Laser system

Prima Power Laserdyne has introduced the new Laserdyne 430 series of laser systems for cutting, welding, and drilling of 2-D and 3-D drawn, ther-moformed, hydroformed, punched, stamped, and spun metal parts.

The new laser system can integrate the manufacturer’s Beam-Director® motion and process control capabilities in a space-efficient platform coupled with a fiber laser. The system can drill shaped holes and weld a variety of materials, from copper to stainless steel and titanium.

The contouring head provides C (rotary) axis motion of 900 degrees and D (tilt) axis motion of 300 degrees. This positioning capability with rotary table enables 6-axis machining.

The SP94P control includes Automatic Focus Control™ for capacitive part sensing, patented optical focus control (OFC) for sensing of thermal barrier-coated surfaces, ShapeSoft™ software for programming shaped holes, BreakThrough Detection™ for drilling holes with the minimum number of pulses, and mapping.
