Jamie Jones, president, has received the
Metal Treating Institute (MTI) Distinguished
Service Award for 2017. Jones has served
on the institute’s board of governors since 2013 and on a variety of committees, including the Education Committee and
NextGen Creative Team. Jones has been nominated as vice
president/president-elect of MTI for 2017-2018.
The Specialty Steel Industry of North America (SSINA),
Washington, D.C., has appointed Steve Letnich, vice president of sales—Americas with Outokumpu Stainless, as the
chairman of its Market Development Committee. Letnich has
more than 25 years of experience in the industry, having held
positions with Worthington Industries, Metal Sales Mfg. Corp.,
Central Steel and Wire Co., and A.M. Castle & Co.

bending systems, has appointed a new head of sales and
support to meet the company’s continued global growth,

promoted Dr. Aaron
Montello to the position of operations manager. He has
served as interim operations manager
for the past four months.
Montello joined the company five
years ago as a project engineer. Within
three years he was promoted to product
manager. He holds doctorate and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University and
a bachelor’s degree in applied physics
from Bethel University.

as CEO/president. Keith began his career in 1981 with Management Science
America. He was president of Navision
