to minimize vibration. According to the company, the technology reduces operating vibrations by up to 15 percent compared to the previous model.
The grinding wheel also features the manufacturer’s patented UHR (
ultrahigh removal) multilayer manufacturing technology to prevent edge flaking,
keeping the wheel symmetrically round for added safety and longer life.
Suitable for use on steel and stainless steel, the wheel is free of materials
such as iron, sulfur, and chlorine.

fan that detects motion and
shuts off automatically, so it
operates only when workers
are present. According to the
company, the fan moves up
to 48 percent more air than
other fans, enough to create
a breeze 120 ft. away.
The patented airfoils produce low noise, even at full speed. Infinite speed control allows the fan to

Press packages power modular
Multicyl has introduced a range of standard Press in a
Box™ packages to work with specific tools from the Uni-punch product line.
The MC A series package (shown) can power any A series unit less than 3 in. wide that requires less than 5 tons,
in this case using a 4A21/2 unit to punch 16-ga. steel.
Packages are available for A series, B series, hole punching, tube piercing, and notching. In addition to standard
packages, custom packages also are available.
