Small-spool welding electrodes

Select-Arc Inc. offers new literature featuring its carbon steel, self-shield-ed, flux-cored Select 700GS welding electrode in compact 2- and 10-lb. spools.

The color flyer explains that the electrode’s arc transfer is smooth and stable with almost no spatter. This

soft arc transfer minimizes burn-through on thin-gauge material, and the slag system enables the electrode to weld in all positions. In addition, the electrode can weld without a shielding gas.

Suitable for single-pass, high-speed welds on sheet metal up to ³⁄ 16 in.

T-slotted framing components

80/20^®has published a new, 1,104- page catalog of modular T-slotted aluminum framing products. Included are more than 6,000 components and accessories, such as aluminum extrusions, fasteners, panels, linear bearings, joining plates, and stanchions.

Updates include a new section of 20, 30, and 45 series metric parts and profiles; a redesigned layout for fractional and metric sections; revamped HT series and quick frame sections; and new pictures and drawings.
